No destination to select on my PB!

Hi,
So I just had a new HD installed in my PB. I'm trying to install Tiger and when i'm asked to select a destination, nothing is displayed, however when I click on disk utilities from above, the drive is there.

If you're booted from the Tiger DVD using Disk Utility, choose to format the drive as Extended, then go ahead with the install.
