NTFS on Mac?

Hey guys. I installed windows on my macbook the other day. Tried FAT32 and tried to download Lineage 2 (4.5GB file) and it said there wasn't enough room. So I reformatted realizing that FAT32 only accepts files under 2gb or 4gb. I converted to NTFS except Ichose NTFS (Quick). Is there any difference if I take NTFS or NTFS (Quick)? I am getting so frustrated right now because i'm doing so much switching lol.

So Question is, Is there a proper way to install NTFS so I can play this game?? Thank you!!!
 
Formatting a disk does two things: it checks if there are any bad areas in the disk and marks them unavailable and then it makes it suitable for the filesystem (builds dictionaries, adds journal files etc). As the name implies, NTFS Quick does not check the bad areas. But since you already had the FAT32 filesystem on the disk, it should not matter.
