OS 9.2.2 Blinking Question Mark

I have been trying to fix my iBook G3 Snow from the OS 9.2.2 Blinking Question Mark. I do not own a OS 9 CD and do not have enough money for some. Any help would be nice! Thanks!

So the ISO is downloading, however I do not have a working Windows PC and only have 2 iMacs. How do I use it to make bootable media? (Like a USB or DVD/CD)
