Remove Help from contextual menu

Is it absolutely imperative to the well-being of the functioning of your computer? Because if it's not, I recommend you don't sweat it.
 
Easier would be removing all help files from your computer (good luck finding all of them) so help can't run. This leaves the question, which Arden was politely not asking: Why remove help from the contextual menu?
 
With respect. i'm not interested in debating or justifying why I wish to do it. I'm simply ever-so-politely asking if someone would be willing to share any knowledge they might have as to how it could be done.
I should add that I recall reading somewhere that it is possible, but it may be a hack which those with limited skills (such as myself) should not attempt.
