Safari 3.0.3 beta crashing

I recently downloaded the upgraded version of Safari 3.0.3 beta for my iMac OS 10.4.1 as the default browser. I have come to find that it invariably crashes whenever I try to open a pdf file. Any other experience like this? How can I revert back to the former non-beta version of Safari until they have the bugs worked out? Thanks.
 
Do you have any plugins that would deal with PDF, or Adobe Acrobat etc?
Safari should come with the uninstaller that remoes the new version and restores the one you had before.
 
Thanks. Yes I do have plug-ins for adobe reader. I was not able to locate the uninstaller for the safari beta. I could download Safari 2.0.1 but it requires OS 10.4.2 (I have 10.4.1) and my system will not allow it to download.
 
You're running 10.4.1, not 10.4.10? You should upgrade OS X to avoid incompatibility issues, not just with Safari, but any other app. The uninstaller is on the installer disk image.
