Does anyone know if the Startup Items in the Library/StartupItems Folder can be moved to somewhere else and accessed via a simple load at login (from Preference Pane)? I don't like the idea that--even when I'm not using SETI--SETI@home loads BEFORE my startup is even complete. I'd like to better control Login startup apps so I can trouble shoot problems. I might just TRASH SETI@home altogether but I'd like to support the cause.
