Speech

Hi all,

Im very new to mac, but familiar with Linux and Windows.

I am learning mac os x with someone else his mac.
He asked me if I knew how to switch off the "speech" program that is constantly on the foreground. It is very annoying and he never uses it.

Can someone help me?

Either Ctrl-F5, or go into Apple Menu -> System Preferences -> Universal Access and turn it off there.
