through fink how we install

Hi.

I am trying to install libhal/hal through fink ,but some error is coming

fink install hal
Information about 2521 packages read in 0 seconds.
Failed: no package found for specification 'hal'!

I don't understand why this message is coming before that i have already install dbus.
