Toggle between 2 languages

There's a menu on the upper right corner of your screen, showing a flag of the selected keyboard layout.

To describe what Fryke was saying just open System Preferences->Keyboard and put a checkmark in the box for "Show Character & Keyboard Viewer in menu bar". Then go to System Preferences->Language & Text and put a checkmark in "Keyboard & Character Viewer" and also put checkmarks in the box bellow in the country's flags you want to add. Lastly in the top right of the menu bar select the Flag of the country to setup you Mac to act under.

All now what you have to do is click on the flag in the menu bard and select the keyboard layout by country. Easy.

Thanks to both of you. I had already figured that much out. What I wanted to know was - if I am typing in Greek, can I use a quick key toggle to then type in English. You know how you can press Command and Tab to toggle between two programs you are using, e.g. Numbers and Pages - I wondered if you could actually toggle between the two languages rather than having to click on the flag. I haven't found a way of doing this yet. It would hurry things along for me if it were possible.
