I remember some ppl wanted to work on this, but I didn't find anything yet.
The idea is to have a widget for konfabulator that updates new threads and posts let's say every 5-10mins (should be adjustable! ;))and shows the topics in a list (that should have some adjustable transparency effects). Clicking on each post should directly forward us to the thread. Now, there are a bunch of such widgets from different forums and sites out there. Why not macosx.com too? If I could do it, I surely would. So? Anyone who is able?
 
Sounds a very cool idea. :)

I just refuse to use konfub .. .. or any other application of which I can't read, write or pronounce the name correctly. ;)

I will try it out and see.. Nice finding. But why didn't he announce it?
 
Works fine for me here. I don't think it "bumps" posts up to the top of the list when there are replies, but it definitely keeps track of all the new threads created.
