I'm not to sure about pointing you in the right direction about the bootable image your trying to create though it may have something to do with the fact that your trying to burn a OS X bootable image with an app that resides in the classic environment. I can tell you this much I've used...

If your using a router you can also utilize that to port forward as well.

Might seem ironic but if you can boot the machine into classic via HD or CD I think you can access the user folder in the OS X HD and dump the profile you so wish. If you have the time consider a fresh install...

All the machines have been addressed with the most current drivers. Its not an HP or driver thing... They work fine stand alone, I'm starting to think the printer is not supported by the AirPort.

So I gave in and purchased an AirPort Extreme. Works like a charm, one hitch I can't print. My HP OfficeJet D145 is plugged into USB port on my AirPort and with in the AirPort Admin the printer is recognized and shown yet niether my iBook or PowerBook can print. Help please! Finch
