If you want to convert them, there is a system X program availabe that works very well to solve many font issues. It's called TransType Pro. It is a little pricey though.

I was having the same problem and I cleaned my font caches and the problem resolved. I hope this helps you.

I finally found the answer! I removed my font caches and it now works perfectly. Thanks to everyone who tried to help me.

11.2.1 is the version I am using.

I have 11.2.1 loaded now and it still doesn't work when I restart. I uninstalled and reinstalled with latest update also. Still won't start up after a restart or crash.

Try uninstalling the trial version first, then reinstall your version. I'm having lots of trouble with Office 2004 myself. kami
